What the published Supplement Facts panel shows

The seller-published Supplement Facts image lists a 1 mL serving, 60 servings per container, chromium as chromium picolinate at 0.7 mcg, and a proprietary blend totaling 200 mg per serving. This is a published label review, not laboratory verification of a delivered bottle.

The blend lists maca, grape seed, guarana, African mango, eleuthero, astragalus, green tea, gymnema, forskohlii, bird pepper, grapefruit seed, Asian ginseng, raspberry ketones, L-glutamine, L-tyrosine, L-arginine, beta-alanine, monoammonium glycyrrhizinate, GABA, L-ornithine HCl, L-tryptophan and L-carnitine.

200 mg is the combined blend weight, not the amount of every ingredient. Individual quantities are undisclosed, so this panel cannot establish whether the formula matches a dose studied in a particular trial. Do not infer equal ingredient weights.

Other ingredients include water, organic citrus extract, flavors, stevia and xylitol. Compare this published panel with your actual bottle before use. The formula includes amino acids and a mineral as well as botanicals.

Guarana and green tea appear on the panel, but a caffeine quantity is not given. The seller's stimulant-free wording therefore requires clarification; ingredient names alone do not establish the caffeine content of the finished product.

What remains unconfirmed

Before ordering, request a readable current label that shows serving size, servings per container, amounts, other ingredients, directions and warnings. A photo of the actual container is more useful than a typed ingredient summary that could have been copied from an older version.

Ingredient research does not test the blend

A study can examine a standardized extract at a documented daily dose. If the product contains an undisclosed amount of a different extract, the comparison is incomplete. The result can be even less applicable when the study examines a different condition or uses animals rather than people.

For example, an antioxidant measurement is not a hearing test. A laboratory observation may motivate research, but it cannot give a buyer a predicted improvement. Our evidence guide explains how to trace a claim from a reference to the actual experiment.

Read the research by ingredient

We provide background pages on grape seed extract, green tea and Panax ginseng. These discuss the research context and questions worth asking; they do not certify the finished Zencortex formula.

A careful review also distinguishes an ingredient being well studied for one purpose from being established for hearing support. More references are not automatically better if they do not address the advertised outcome.

Take the full label to a professional

If you use medication or have a medical condition, share the complete panel with a pharmacist or clinician. Include other supplements too: a combination that looks modest in one bottle can duplicate ingredients across several products. Do not use our ingredient list to make medication changes.
