Public complaints: what we could verify
The BBB customer-review listing includes both a positive report and accounts describing no perceived benefit or difficulties obtaining support. These are self-selected customer statements, not authenticated clinical outcomes or a representative sample of all buyers.
The separate BBB complaints page displayed two complaints over three years when reviewed, including a refund dispute and an allegation involving unwanted contact or subscription issues. Both were marked unanswered. An allegation does not establish what happened in every transaction, and the listing may cover a different sales route from the affiliate checkout.
Keep the order receipt, merchant name, offer screenshots and support correspondence. Check the actual checkout for recurring charges rather than assuming either that all orders recur or that none do. We do not turn these reports into a site-generated star rating.

We have not assembled an authenticated complaint database or verified the customer rating displayed in the supplied promotional image. Consequently, this page does not publish a complaint percentage or customer-star average.
Separate the type of complaint
A shipping delay, a confusing transaction, an adverse reaction and disappointment with a health outcome are different issues. Combining them into one score can obscure the information a buyer needs. Ask whether the report concerns the product itself, the retailer, the delivery company or expectations created by an advertisement.
| Feedback category | Useful detail | What remains uncertain |
|---|---|---|
| Delivery | Order date, promised delivery window, tracking and destination. | Whether a delay is isolated or representative. |
| Billing | Receipt, selected package, currency and additional charges. | Whether the report concerns the same merchant and sales flow. |
| Refund | Written policy, request date and response history. | Whether the claimant met the specific policy conditions. |
| Health experience | Exact bottle, duration, dose and other concurrent changes. | Whether the product caused the reported outcome. |
The rating in the supplied image
The promotional graphic contains a star score and a review-count claim. The underlying reviews, collection method and verification process were not supplied. Rather than presenting that number as our research result, the site uses product and package imagery without turning the score into an independent endorsement.
If a seller publishes a rating, look for individual accessible reviews and a clear explanation of how the score is calculated. Pay attention to dates, incentives, repeated wording and whether critical feedback is visible.
What makes a report more informative?
A specific account identifies the product label and purchase channel. It distinguishes facts from interpretations and explains the timeline. Supporting documentation can strengthen the transaction details, although personal information should be removed before sharing anything publicly.
A report can be sincere and still be unable to establish causation. Similarly, an affiliate article may contain accurate information while having a financial incentive. Evaluate the evidence instead of judging solely by whether the tone is positive or negative.
How to handle an order problem
Locate the original receipt and use its merchant support details. Provide the order number, purchase date and a short description of the issue. Keep copies of messages and the return policy that applied when you ordered. This review website does not operate the seller checkout and cannot access your payment.
If you are asking about a refund, establish the deadline, whether authorization is needed, what must be returned and who pays return postage. The price and refund guide includes a checklist to organize those questions.
Our conclusion on customer feedback
The evidence available here is insufficient for a verified overall customer verdict. It would be misleading to infer either widespread satisfaction or widespread fraud from unverified promotional material. The practical use of reviews is to identify questions that deserve corroboration, then compare them with the actual label and transaction documents.
